I just ordered some parts through Auto Brake Center located in Los Angeles and I couldn't be happier with the smooth transaction. I was dealing with Sales Agent Julie and was nice enough to answer some of my concerns. They offer "Will Call" if you are local which is very convenient if you need your parts in a hurry. I also received a phone call from a gentleman named Sean who recommended to me to get a particular part # for my brake pads that included the correct hardware. Price is very competitive vs. other online sites I checked.. I've searched and stumbled upon them. Will get these parts installed in a few days and will update you on the fit & finish of the products. I will recommend my friends and family on their brake related needs to this company. Thanks again guys and will be back in the coming future. Thanks! EJ

Sean is really helpful on my purchase. I made stupid mistakes when purchasing rotors. Then he called me back within a short time to give me another chance to correct my order. This makes me finish all the purchase and pick-up within 2 hours!! That is amazing~~~ And his help definitely saves me and my time~~~

When I decided to change the rotor and brake pads on my car I went online and checked out all of the brake parts stores. I went to the Centrix website and I noticed that Auto Brake Center was on their recommended list of distributors. Accordingly, I went to the Auto Brake Center website and easily found the parts that I needed for my car. It is so easy to find the parts by just putting in your car information. The first thing I noticed was that the prices at Auto Brake Center were lower than the prices at other stores for the exact same item. Also at the other online stores the shipping cost to Hawaii (where I live) is outrageous - $150 - more than the cost of the parts that I wanted to buy. After I found my parts I called Auto Brake Center and talked with Sean and he told me that he could send the parts to me in Hawaii for $20. As I talked to Sean I could tell he was very knowledgeable about brakes and he was very nice also. It was easy to talk with him and he told me what I needed and he sent all the parts to me. He asked me questions about my car and it was clear that he knew a lot about brakes and all the little nuances that you would never know about by just going to th

Auto Brake Center the most informative, helpful, and courteous company I've ever done business with. When it comes to servicing the customer, they are simply the best. Shaun is a great guy and will provide all the information needed to get you the right part at the best price. While there may be other websites claiming slightly better prices, these other websites don't even provide a phone number to allow verbal communication. Without a phone number, how can anyone efficiently confirm the correct parts or resolve any issues should there ever be a problem with your order? Think about that before you consider buying any place else.

Quality Service, very helpful in providing information when needed, and as most have stated, Sean is a friendly and easy going guy, no problems at all. I did have to drive down to the warehouse to get my parts(about a 30+mile drive) but for me as a driver i didn't mind. My car isn't the most "upgrading" friendly so i understand not having all the parts on tap. Either way this is the place to go to if your in the Los Angeles district. Can't go wrong with any of the products they offer.
